These are actually two different characters with the same name and I suggest changing it to this to differentiate them:
Marvel Comics Presents, Vol. 1 #25: 1st app. Nth Man (John Doe)
Marvel Two-in-One, Vol. 1 #58: 1st app. Nth Man (Thomas Lightner)
