I received a Batman 608 with the McFarlane Toys Batman Armored Suit toy. It isn’t a 2nd print. Info on the inside says “Special Edition”. It’s the same cover as the 2nd Print, but doesn’t have the UPC bar at the bottom.

The McFarlane toy giveaways went in as the various waves of “Page Punchers.”
