In this 2015 IDW/Lion Forge series, you have the TP and issues #1-5 listed but not the Ashcan:

Also, the TP for this is in 2 place, in the main series there’s an entry for the TP, and there’s also a separate series entry for Miami Vice Remix TP (the TP should be in 1 place, not 2).
