After syncing mobile my collection shows different number of albums

I just synced my collection on my Android mobile app which shows 20078 albums. However, on the Music Collect Web app shows 20136 albums.
what’s going on?
Any advice would be appreciated

When you check Statistics on Web and Mobile, what does it say then?

Statistics takes in account “collection status” and “quantity” - on both mobile and web. Those should indeed be the same. Screenshots would help here!

I see you also have the Windows version. Do you still use it, or not?

I think something got messed up at some point and I think we have to first try a fresh sync on your mobile device.

This will take long, but it has to be the first step in getting this resolved.

Here are the steps:

  1. Tap the top left side menu icon to open the side menu.
  2. Tap “Maintenance” and then tap “Clear Database”.
  3. Tap the top left side menu icon again to open the side menu.
  4. Tap “Sync with CLZ Cloud” and sync your entire collection from CLZ Cloud down to your mobile device.

It has to be the first stap unfortunately - and I did see the size of your collection so I actually took the step to discuss with a couple developers first - who spent some time looking - but well yeah, it “has” to be the first step.
