Hi. Here’s a strange one so hang in there with me. I have a TP not in core and was going to ask that it be added when I realized that its part of a title called “Avengers Legends” that has a couple of potentially incorrect entries in core for other issues.
I have TP with an indica of “Avengers Legends Vol. 3: George Perez Book 1” and spine of “Avengers Legends 3”. See pictures below.
This made me curious about what could be issues 1 and 2. The answer: certain reprints of Korvac Saga and Avengers Forever. My physical copy of TP2 (Korvac) and what Amazon says about the Forever printing show that all three of these books are actually part of a “Avengers Legends” title. See below.
Core contains both of these under correct cover art and data but they are currently listed under “Avengers: The Korvac Saga” and “Avengers Forever TP/HC” respectively. See these entries below:
So what needs to be done? I see 2 options and leave it to your process to determine which makes the most sense.
Option 1: move the ‘Legends’ Forever (1TP) and Korvac (2TP) editions under a new title called “Avengers Legends” and add the George Perez issue as 3TP. This would align with their spine numbering and with their indica. It also aligns with the title as shown via https://www.comics.org/series/16024/
Option 2: keep the Forever and Korvac books where they currently are as it makes a kind of logical sense given their cover text and create a new title in core for “Avengers: George Perez” with the single book currently not listed in core.
