In this special limited edition comic, the elite Atlassian Williams F1 Team drivers are in the pole position for this year’s Grand Prix title - but Doctor Doom has diabolical plans to boost his own team’s chances at the podium and destroy anyone who gets in the way. Even with some help from Iron Man and some of his Avengers pals, the Williams racers face grave danger to keep their championship run on track as Doom closes in.

This needs updated. The AFW1 Team X Marvel - Iron Man: Racing Towards Doom will have 7 special covers. One each for Miami, Monaco, Silverstone, Madrid, Singapore, Austin and Las Vegas. So far, only the Miami, Monaco and Silverstone issues have been released. The only difference is the covers, so the cover penciller will be different. Kaare Andrews penciled the Miami cover, Greg Land & Rachelle Rosenberg (colors) penciled the Monaco cover, Adi Granov penciled the Silverstone cover, Ramon Rosanas & Rachelle Rosenberg do the Madrid cover, Ivan Tao does the Singapore cover, David Marquez & Rachelle Rosenberg do the Austin cover and Phil Noto does the Las Vegas cover. All interior work is the same through all special editions.
