Bulk edit the "Edition::Format" field

I’ve imported my collection from DVD Profiler and it went okay.
The biggest issue I have is that all my Blu-ray and 4K movies were tagged with BluRay and UltraHD tags in the "Edition”, “Format” field.
I was able to add the correct Blu-ray and 4K UHD tags but how do I remove the other tags in bulk?
The “Edit xxx movies” dialog shows a set of checkboxes for each of the "Format"s in my collection but none of them are checked so I have no way of unchecking a format.

What am I doing wrong?

If you want to remove a Tag from ALL movies, you can just delete the specific Tag:

Now the Tag is deleted from all entries.

You now added new tags to your movies, but you could also rename a tag over here. That would be easier :slight_smile:

If you use Edit Multiple on the tags field you can in fact also use that to remove certain tags from a selection of movies:

But for your situation, Manage Pick Lists and then remove it from there if you’re never going to use that tag again anyway is likely faster yes.

I think both @twazerty and me read your first post wrong. It seems you are talking about the Format field. The same instructions apply, just use them for “Format” instead of the tags field :slight_smile:
