Ive added a few C64 games to Pricecharting.
Sadly PCID does not support EU Barcodes on C64.

Newly added PriceIDs are not yet relevant for us to include.
They are not currently available on PriceCharting and do not yet have any pricing data.
They will automatically be linked to the barcodes in CORE as soon as they become available on PriceCharting.
I have added the PriceID of the last-mentioned game to CORE.
It was not linked because it did not have a barcode on PriceCharting.
I were not able to add barcodes to the PriceCharting entry.
As C64 is classified as an NTSC US in PriceCharting it does not allow to add EU Barcodes. same is true for all systems with no region like PC Games and so on.
I have reached out to PriceCharting about this limit and they are aware, but it would be a massive change to allow for this to happen was the response.
We’re aware that not all games have PAL or EU versions, but we will match the PriceIDs to the games in CORE once pricing becomes available. Therefore, there’s no need to notify us if prices are not yet available.
Not sure if i’m explaining myself correctly.
Regarding EU Barcodes.
PriceCharting will not support any EU Barcode for any C64 Game as it stand now, so matching based on EU barcodes will simply not work until Pricecharting allows crossregion barcodes.
regarding “priceless” IDs i understand
however, are you rechecking these manually? or automatically?
I understand what you mean
But for smaller platforms, the barcode isn’t that important. For every game, we have a default EU and US PriceID, and if one of the two is missing, we return the other as the price. The barcode is mainly important for matching and pricing special editions.
The PriceID is automatically matched when the title and platform exactly match our database. Titles that don’t match are handled manually.
