Some of the cast & crew image URL are broken in the Windows version of Movie Collector. They all should be changed to have the correct links.
Can you right click on one of the movies that is missing cast pictures, and then select Update from Core - then in the screen where it has the Update from Core settings, choose this for Cast/Crew Images:
Set it to REPLACE for the images and see if it fixes it for one movie?
If you’re happy, you can select all movies and do that!
If you do not see the screen below, do this first:
In the main screen, click “Tools > Options”. Then click on “Data and Images”.
Then click the button “Download settings for data and images” to change settings for which field-information should/should not be downloaded or updated.
Already tried that and once I changed all of the other fields to “Update empty fields only” it has fixed most, but not all of the errors. There are still 26 names that will not update from core.
Can you set the cast to replace completely, and images to also replace. Then try one movie where one of those actors is in, and see if that works? I get the feeling those actors you mentioned might not be in our Core anymore, or merged into others.
I’ll try that if it comes up again. I just manually changed the remainders and that resolved the image issues. Thanks!
