CLZ Music Web does not properly count: Vinyl, Single etc.

Hm, can you show me with screenshots where it seems to not properly count?
There’s all kinds of things at play here:

  • if you use foldergrouping
  • if you have multiple collections
  • if you’re just checking statistics (which takes in account collection status and quantity)
  • something else?

If you can show me with screenshots how it’s not properly counting, I’m sure I can explain/help out!

What is wrong with these counts?

You have a couple of formats that look like each other.
Are you looking to merge formats?

If you would like to merge certain formats, you can do so by clicking the menu top left, then click Manage Pick Lists, then go to Format, and then “Enter Merge Mode” to merge certain formats.

no merging, if you have a Categorie Singles the Singles should be in the correct Categorie

I’m probably missing something.

You posted a screenshot, I see formats, and I see counts behind them.

You have a format called “12 inch Single Vinyl”
You have a format “CD Single”

So when you foldergroup on the “Format” field, those will, correctly, go into their own folders.

If you wish to have “all singles together” you should set the format to Single for those, and they will nicely go into 1 single Single folder.

OR use the TAGS field and add “Single” as a tag, then group by Tags.

How are they wrong? Can you please be very very specific and explain what is wrong?
