Cover scan error / Update values error

after the update i cant update anymore here is the error im having

I’m getting the same error as some others after the update when trying to update values.

Anyone else getting the error network connection was lost when trying to enter new books? Barcode and cover scanner do not work either. They haven’t worked in about 6 hours. Refreshing the app, restarting the phone, and reinstalling do not work. I a using iPhone 15.


Also when I try to update values I get this message…

Hi - Brand new to CLZ! I was flying through scanning covers on my Google Pixel and then I decided to access the desktop web page and then the iPad app. I did changes to comics on both. I then went back to scanning covers and it no longer works. I get an error message about XML. It still works with the barcode but the cover scan feature gives me this error. Help!

I keep getting this error, mobile android version. Everything is updated

I just had the same error, mentioned it on a different thread. They’ll figure it out. I have complete faith

I just had a similar message (using an iPhone). The cover scanner was working perfectly a few hours ago but I tried to add some more comics it just “died”.

Any ideas? Work around?

I’m seeing this error message whenever I update Key info or Value data. Any ideas?

I’m getting the same error. Never had a problem before and worked fine earlier today. I’ve made no settings change nor I haven’t added new books in weeks. Using iPad and CLZ Comics v. 9.10.3.

Getting the same for each issue scanned.

I am sorry to hear you were having problems with the app. There indeed was a problem with our server for a few hours :slightly_smiling_face:

We have just resolved the problem and everything is up and running again.
