Hello, Cover Price is not showing any of my comics. All of my comics work on other functions, but Cover Price just doesn’t work. What should should I do?

Can you elaborate “Cover Price is not showing any of my comics”?
What are you trying to do exactly? Are you getting any error messages?
What happens if you choose Update Values from the menu?
It’s been awhile and I have forgotten what occurred. I quit trying to get this thing fixed, how to use the program appears to be way above my head. One day I was able to view all of the comics on your platform and was connected to CoverPrice and able to see what CoverPrice valued my comics. Then one day I think I entered something incorrectly, I don’t know what really happened. I asked for assistance and tech’s on CLZ side restored most of the comics. I haven’t a clue on how to use this software. All I want is to have my comics online with your software and have it linked to CoverPrice inorder to see the values. In addition to the comics I have large collection hard bound comic books, comic artwork and other comic memorabilia. It’s been a few months since I have logged on to your system and basically forgot how to use the software. We just want to be able to sell this collection using your platform. As I mentioned at the start I just stopped working on this but would like to get re-engaged.
