I believe you have Deathlok, Vol 2 (1991) as the 1st solo series of Deathlok (Michael Collins). However I believe the character actually first appeared in Deathlok, Vol. 1 (1990), which would be a first solo series. The 1990 series was a mini-series whereas the 1991 was ongoing, but that doesn’t seem to have mattered in other “1st solo series” entries.
