Dune: Part Two no thumbnail on mobile app

Can you tap that entry, then tap the ACTION button at the bottom, then Update from Core, does it download a thumb then?

(as I do see a thumbnail in our Core for this one)

Tried updating from core as requested but front cover still not showing, however the the back cover is there.

Closed app and restarted but no change.

The CLZ Movies cloud shows the thumbnail just fine.

To investigate this issue, I would like to ask a couple of questions:

  1. Has this problem suddenly popped up, or perhaps you only noticed just now?
  2. The images that you’re not seeing right now, are these by any chance items you recently editted in the app?
  3. Do you use the “Next” / “Previous” buttons when you edit an entry?
  4. Do you ever use “remove cover” when you edit an entry? Or have you never used that?
  5. Did you recently reinstall the app / got a new phone / did a fresh down-sync of all your data to the app?
  6. Can you tell me your username/usernumber or email for your account? (should be in the menu top left in the app)

First thing to try:
Can you try running Sync with CLZ Cloud on your mobile device, see if it comes in now? I made some changes in your database.

If that doesn’t work you could remove and re-add it, or alternatively do a fresh downsync.

Second thing to try:

  1. Tap the top left side menu icon to open the side menu.
  2. Tap “Maintenance” and then tap “Clear Database”.
  3. Tap the top left side menu icon again to open the side menu.
  4. Tap “Sync with CLZ Cloud” and sync your entire collection from CLZ Cloud down to your mobile device.

Can you please let me know if that worked or not?

I got an e-mail from you this morning thanking me for trying CLZ Movies Web software.

I have not requested a trial or signed up for one.

I only use CLZ movie cloud and the mobile app.

Is this something from your end?

It could be because of what I tried in your Cloud - but it shouldn’t have happened! My apologies. I have removed the CLZ Movies Web trial for your account. Should be good now.
