The implementation of edge to edge in the recent update causes the nav bar to overlay some app controls in the Add Comics view. IE, the nav bar now sits over the “add comics” button at the bottom of the screen, making it impossible to use the button.

Indeed, I’ve reported the bug and we’ll work on a fix ASAP.
For now
A workaround is to hide the “on screen navigation”: Just navigate to Settings > System > Gestures . Here, you can enable or disable a number of Gesture settings.
But that does mean you have to do “swipes” to go back, or press, hold, swipe up to switch between apps/close an app. Might take some getting used to. I generally like it using gestures instead of on screen buttons.
That said we will fix this of course.
