Feature Request: Custom Edit Tab

While we’re having fun with the edits tab screen how about a customizable edit tab that can be set as the default tab to open on edit. 99% of the time I perform an edit there’s a few key fields I’m caring about across 2 tabs (and when customized fields make it to mobile it’ll be 3). It’s be nice to have those key fields I want to edit all on a single tab that opens up when I press edit. If I need something outside of my norm the tabs are there for me to move.

I’d expect it could be a similar interface to how you can choose the “Pre-Fill fields” on adding a comic to setup this tab. For example, my key fields are:

Crossover/Story Arc/Title/Subtitle
Storage Box
Read/Read Date
Tag
Customized Field (eventually)

So 2 tabs right now and soon (hopefully) 3 just about every time I edit.

This has indeed been requested before in one way or another.

We just introduced being able to drag tabs around on the Web version, so you can put your most used tab “first”, so it always opens on that. It’s likely this feature will make it to the mobile app too.

As for actually moving fields freely around tabs (I would not want a “custom” tab with fields that also appear on their “own” tab still), I’m not sure if we want to go that route. But this is on the ideas list, yes.
