I can find no evidence that this was ever published…
It’s not on the Grand Comics Database, ComicBookRealm, ComicCollectorLive, MyComicShop, Mile High.
It’s supposedly from 1991, seems like it should be on at least one of the above if it was published.
I’ve never seen or heard of it, and I have quite a few comics.
Does any user allege to have this in their collection?
