For Something is Killing the Children #1 (10th print) there are many variants, and you guys usually have them all well done. I just wonder about this particular issue, the foil cover of the 10th print. In the description, you have nothing noting that the letters are in a reflective foil “writing”, and the pic looks like the title is written in white. Are there two different variants? Or do the pics not able to pick up the foil in the title and they just LOOK like white writing? It’s the 1S variant I am asking about and I include some pics here. Just not sure if there are two variants or just the one and pictures just don’t pick up the foil and looks white. Thank you!
Hi, thank you for reaching out. Foil covers would almost always reflect black. The cover we had was preview art. I’ve adjusted this with a proper scan which better reflects the foil letters. This is #1S, the barcode should lead you to this variant as well.
To replace cover with new cover from Core:
- Tap the comic, then tap “Edit”
- Tap the “Cover” tab at the top
- Tap the remove button under the cover
- Save it.
- Now tap “Action”, then choose “Update from Core” and tap “Update”
