At first I thought Stormwatch: Wizard Supplement #1 and Stormwatch, Vol. 1 #23 1/2 were duplicates.
But then I found this online:
So it looks like there is a regular and a gold foil.
I’m thinking both issues are valid. I’d just recommend putting them together.
The indicia reads StormWatch 23 1/2, June 1995.
