Should this be removed from the core?
Tsukuyomi: Moon Phase #13 was announced, and TokyoPop even released a cover for it at the time, and some retailers, like Amazon, still have pages up for it, but it was never actually localized, published or released. There are 16 volumes total, and only the first 12 were actually released by TokyoPop. 13-16 were never localized to English.
