Images show wrong AR when enlarging

Congrats on the new extra image ability but it looks like I have a problem. When I click on the small image for either the regular covers or the new misc. images, the enlargement expands out to a very stretched out wide version of the image and is pretty much useless in that form. Adding the extra image works fine, though.

Hm, that doesn’t seem to happen on my side when I check inside your collection.

Can you please let me know which webbrowser you use,
and which operating system? (Windows/macOS/Tablet etc)

Interesting. I’m using an ipad pro with system 16.7.15. I know I never had this problem before the latest CLZ update. Thanks.

Hi Doug,

Just wanted to let you know it seems to be a problem when holding an older iOS device in landscape mode, it will make the AR go strange with the new lightbox CLZ Movies Web now uses.

(a light box is the popup you see when you tap an image to view it bigger).

Can you try in portrait mode?

Thanks for replying. I think you’re correct - the problem is likely due to my older ipad. Trying it in portrait mode results in lesser distortion, but still not correct. It also varies between ok and somewhat stretched out, especially with the new custom image. And it changes from image to image, making me feel that it might change due to the size of the image or something. Anyway, looks like there’s no remedy for this until I get a new ipad.

We have taken note here, and we’re trying some stuff to maybe remedy this, but chances might be slim.

(and good excuse to get a new iPad :slight_smile: )

@DougS46sf can you give it another try? We’ve amended a couple of things and we’ve seen it work better on some older devices.

Whatever you did seems to have worked. I sampled a dozen or so of my records, some with the extra images added and they all look fine. I added one new image just now and it worked also. So, thank you, AJ, that’s a big help to me.
