Has anyone found a good way to handle prequels such as this
[F. Brody : Kate Shackleton’s First Case](https://www.amazon.com/s?k=Kate+Shackleton%27s+First+Case&i=stripbooks-intl-ship&__mk_de_DE=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&crid=KQZO474JRT77&sprefix=kate+shackleton%27s+first+case%2Cstripbooks-intl-ship%2C176&ref=nb_sb_noss_1)
If you wanted to read in chronological order this one should be -1 as an issue.
another thing I’m wondering, has anyone found a way to index a novella between two issues?

It is on the feature request list to allow decimals in the issue field, but right now you can’t do it.

**Workaround:**
I recommend just “changing” the issue of all books so you can put them in.

So make issue “1” into issue “10”
Issue “2” should be issue “20”
That way you have “extra numbers” available between them

Thabks for the answer! Just now I‘m pondering wheter to wait for the update or to change the issue numbers the way you recommended!

I recommend using the recommended way 🙂

We can’t confirm right now this will make it to our apps right now (it is a good idea!).
