Has anyone had an issue with opening up the CLZ app on Chrome. When I open it up the webpage it is grayed out and I can’t even sign in. When I open it up in another browser (Brave) it works normally. I have tried re-booting my computer and have tried refreshing the page. Any suggestions?
I have no problems in Chrome here.
To help troubleshoot the problem, we need to try a couple of things.
I’m thinking this problem might be related to browser plugins. To try without, you can try in “incognito” mode in your browser. Instructions below:

See if the problem also happens in private/incognito mode: To try, start an incognito window, and go to app.clz.com , log in, and see if the problem is gone. To start an incognito window:
- In Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + N (Mac)

If the issue is resolved in private/incognito mode, it’s likely that a browser extension is causing the problem. In this case, please:
- Return to normal browsing mode
- Disable all browser extensions/add-ons
- Re-enable them one by one, checking CLZ Web after each activation (by refreshing the page)

If the problem persists in private/incognito mode, please clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
- For Chrome: Copy this url in your Chrome browser and go to it:
chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=clz.com
, then click the Trash icon to remove the cookies. Then try again.

Thanks for the tips. The problem was an ad pop up blocker I recently installed. Uninstalled it and all is working properly. Thanks again.
