I think Justice League of America, Vol 1 #29 should be a Major Key not a Minor one. This issue has always been a significant key among DC fans. It features the first appearance of the Crime Syndicate and all their members. They have been the main villains in many big DC stories over the last 60 years. It is also the first appearance of Earth 3, an “evil” universe compared to Earth 1 and 2. The significance of the issue is high, and seems odd to see it as a minor key.
From a collector standpoint, this issue has always held significant value and is quite rare. It is likely to only go up in value and demand as it appears Ultraman will be in the new Superman movie.
