What a great new feature. What’s really nice is that, if I click on a Musician, not only do I get albums in which they show up as a musician, but also as main artist. Thanks for another great addition. Any chance this will show up in the mobile app as well some day?

That is a bit strange to me though… because we didn’t design it this way.. maybe it is a bug?
I did this:
I have an album from Artist 1 - Album Title 1, with no musicians.
I have an album from Artist 2 - Album Title 2, with musician “Artist 1”
If I click “Album Title 2” and then on “Artist 1” who is a musician there, I do not get Album Title 1 as well in view. But you do? Could you show me an example with screenshots? (I do know you like it, but the list of persons in musicians is not the list of artists.. so I’m not sure how this can work, it pulls from different lists!)

It is likely. We already do this for Actors and Directors for instance in CLZ Movies Mobile - so it could be a short step - but the big Custom Fields project and More Images and.. well other stuff will come first probably. But yeah stay tuned!
My mistake - I was getting those results because I sometimes add the main artist as a musician on the same album in order to show the instrument. It would be nice though if you could click on a name in either field and get complete results for that name.
We do something like that in CLZ Comics (if you click a Cover Artist name, it will just find this same person in any job of that comic).
But the list of persons is shared there, and in CLZ Music it is not (so it would have to do it purely on “name is the same” textually. Which could lead to unwanted results (but would work most of the time). Not sure if we want to go that route, but I’ve taken note of your wish!
And it’s still an awesome feature I say! hah
