Issue #5 of LoSH Vol 5 has two covers showing (Using Web). One of the two covers is for Issue #2 (clearly shows).

I’m afraid I’m not sure what you mean here.

When checking #5 in the series Legion of Super-Heroes, Vol. 5 in Core I only see one cover, the actual one, listed here:

Can you elaborate on what it is you are experiencing by sending in a screenshot maybe?

I did “update from Core” before asking.
Maybe it’s the back cover thats showing the wrong thing?

But, that isn’t the backcover, that is the frontcover for #2 of the same series.

Can’t you just manually delete the backcover?

You are looking at your own local database, which is why I asked that a solution would be to manually delete the backcover.
