Quick question, is it possible to move books from one collection to another?

Yes, that is possible. A new option in your “3 vertical dots” menu on a comic will appear (or when you select multiple comics), to “move to other collection” after which you can pick which collection to move it to.
This option is not available if you don’t have multiple collections 
Amazing! That worked perfectly. I wanted to start tracking my original art, but didn’t want to see it in my full comic collection.
