OK this is 100% my mistake! For whatever reason, when I login to the my.clz.com site, and then click the button to redirect to my cloud collection, I finally realized that I wasn’t logged in on that page. I was mistaken thinking that I was since I redirected from my account while logged in at my.clz.com
Once I logged in, I found all of the options I expected to be there
