I have quite a few of these. I would be more than happy to scan Front and Back Covers plus Indicia pages for any or all that you might need / if it would make your life easier 
I am currently missing Book 23 from the First Dark Horse run as well as Books 34 through 38 of the IDW run. I do have Books 39 and 40 of the 2nd Dark Horse run.
