Install software on new phone, using the same account as the existing phone. If you use the same account you do not need to pay for the software again.  
Check you have supplied correct CLZ credentials to App  
Sync

Old phone:

1. Make sure to **first sync with CLZ Cloud on your old phone**

New Phone:

1. Then on new phone, indeed download CLZ Music mobile app on it.
2. Log in with your CLZ Account and then sync!
