Hi, this looks to be coloured in. I know it doesn’t like it right away but you can tell by the lines. The printer prints in dots. I had the same a few months back with a Captain America UPC box where his mask and face were coloured as “perfect” as yours (possibly the same “artist”? 
). Also the original art for these covers were drawn with a spot for the UPC box, so no way the art behind it would’ve shown 
My apologies to everyone. I couldn’t see it until it was pointed out to me. I was wrong, this appears to be colored in, and therefore not an error. I appreciate the community explaining it.
