Search broken?

Afternoon,

Looks like search is broken in the web app… not finding anything that I search for…

Could you post a full screen screenshot for me, instead of a cut out?

I would like to double check if you don’t have any filters active.

I have the same problem. I have 41 albums with Elton John, no albums come up when I search. 
If I search for artists on the left side, I get the albums

Edit: Just to confirm I do have something matching ‘Bruce Hornsby’ in the collection…

We are currently updating the cloud search indexes to include more fields (Catalog Number and Index). While that is still in progress, some users may indeed experience search problems.

I can manually update the search index for your account.
I have just done so for all of your above.

Hmmm, nope. It’s still saying no results for ‘bruce hornsby’.

It doesn’t work for me either.

I didn’t discover this thread when I first came into this community site so I tried to create my own thread on this same topic. Glad to now see that it has already been reported and understanding the reason I’m relieved and expect it will probably be working again by next week when I need to use it again.

Quick update, we have found the problem and are now re-generating the cloud search index.

Should be finished later today.

EDIT: Spoke too soon, I can’t search by barcode, but artist search is working. I’ll hold off on saying it’s fully resolved until this works again. As Alwin said, the index is still rebuilding…

We have completely regenerated the search index now.

The search should now be fully functional again.
