Currently it seems only adjacent terms can be searched as one string. It would be useful if multiple non-adjacent terms could be searched as well, as this would substantially narrow the search and provide more precise results.
For example, I want to find all albums which contain
Piano sonata no. 1 in F minor, op. 2 no. 1 by Beethoven.
If I search for “Piano sonata no. 1”, or for “op. 2”, or just “Beethoven”, I will eventually find the result I want, but buried alongside a lot of irrelevant entries.
However, if it were possible to search for “Beethoven op. 2” (combining non-adjacent terms), the result would be much more targeted and precise.
Would this be feasible do you think? It might improve searching within other folder groupings as well.
