That date looks to be a guess. I tried finding the publishing date of the Dalles Times Herald but no luck. I’d rather leave it empty or just with the year only than to be not 100% sure.
Where did you get the cover date from? The only date noted is the copyright date (1981) in the indicia:

Spider-Man and the Incredible Hulk (Dallas Times Herald) Vol 1 (1981) | Marvel Database | Fandom so minimally update that bit. The 1982 cover date from DTH website must be for the Foley’s follow up the following year.
The cover date noted on fandom is incorrect. There is no month noted inside/on this book. If that data is incorrect, how would you/we know if the release date is correct? That date isn’t found anywhere else. I tried looking at the release date of the Dallas Times Herald but no luck.
@CLZ_Justin I know that the date you have in the database is 1980 and yet the picture of the indicia you provided shows 1981 so 1981 is obviously right. Put that.
