# Subscribed but no subscription

Hey,

I am a happy user of CLZ Comics and since last week started to use CLZ Music, immediately subscribe (pitty I need a separate subscription for this) and loaded many LP’s (weird that barcodes result in cd While I have an LP).  
But today I bought some new LP’s/vinyl and I am trying to scan the barcode and the app tells me I need to subscribe, but I am logged in, I have a subscription (status subscribed) but just can’t scan, so cleared the cache/data in the app, but no luck still same thing, also couldn’t sync, so uninstalled the app, Google pay immediately warned me that uninstalling is not unsubscribing (again confirming that I am subscribed), so installed the app again, logged in, my already added stuff appeared, but still when I try to scan the same remark I need a subscription (no issue with the clz comic app)

What is going on?

It looks like your free 7 day trial expired yesterday. You should have been automatically charged for the actual subscription on that day, but it looks like that payment failed.

I recommend checking your Google payment method.

Very weird, I have no messages or notifications from Google pay.  
Cancelling now and will try again just to be sure/save.
