I can’t locate the sale in question, but there’s an $8 sale for a 9.6-10 raw copy of GOON 1 from Avatar that certainly seems like an error, but it’s tanked the FMV.
That book is typically hundreds of dollars even raw. Here is the entry on CovrPrice:
