From the time I purchased my CLZ Movie App subscription and verified that my new tablet a SM-X920 Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra was a supported device. Then yesterday I was using going to use the CLZ Movie database and entering more of my movie collection. NOPE the app is greyed out I can’t upgrade, delete, or use the app. Only exception I can view it on the web. Though I can’t do anything else with the web. What to do???
I received an email from Athan-Jon de Jager in reference to my CLZ MOVIE APP being greyed out. It definitely is not a CLZ issue. I followed Athan-Jon de Jager direction and went to Google and rewrote my issue several times (I found that you get different answers and fixes). And in reading it has something to do with some of the latest updates either Google or Samsung have done (this was only one of about a dozen apps that came up grayed out). The CLZ app was on the list of apps to clear, the cache, data (which is safe as long as you were backing up to the cloud) and cookies. This was one of those. Go to the settings on Google, chrome settings and delete the cookies, cache, history that has to do with the CLZ MOVIE APP. Go to PLAY STORE, now you can upgrade, install, uninstall etc. Now you should be back up and entering your movies. I’m happy now… TY

Still trying to find a brower that supports CLZ app where ai don’t have to go in each time I use the app and delete the cookies and cache (at least for my tablet Samsung Galaxy sm-×920 tab ultra) and then uninstall to reinstall the app. I’m going to bring this issue up to Google and Chrome. Will post update when I have information to post. TY
The CLZ Movies Mobile app should work without the need for a browser.
The CLZ Movies Web app is indeed a website.
Can I ask why you’re looking to use the website on your tablet?
