I received my first comic book (Richie Rich) in 1972, when I was five years old. That hooked me, big time, and I’ve pretty much been buying and collecting comics ever since. Because life happens whether we want it to or not, I am now working on my third comic book collection. It’s only about 6 1/2 thousand issues as of this writing, nowhere near the 25,000 and 40,000 count of my two previous collections. But it will grow, and since I’m approaching retirement age, I should have all the time that I need to grow it.

I got to say that CLZ sure makes it a lot easier to organize, catalog and just generally keep track of my collection. Kinda wish that I had it my whole life. Much easier than notebooks (1st collection) and many many boxes of neatly organized recipe cards (2nd collection).
