I use 3 CLZ Connect with subscription - games, book, and movies. Whenever I try and log in online it gives me a 403 Error. The apps which I also subscribe to still work fine. Any advice?
That is strange indeed. I just checked Connect and all is up and running, as far as I can see.
It sounds like you are being blocked by our server firewall. Are you using a VPN maybe? If so, can you try without?
