I was just logging Avengers vol 1 #182 in my CLZ collection when I remembered how great Janson’s inks were over Byrne’s pencils. I was equally impressed when Austin inked Miller for the Russian Roulette issue of DD.
I imagine sometimes how those classic comics would have looked if those famous pairings had been swapped more often…
