This seems to have been introduced in our last update. The collection bar seems to fall behind the (on screen) Android navigation buttons on startup of the app.
If you tap around it should indeed “reposition itself”
We’ll work on a fix. Thanks for reporting this!
Instant update: we have fixed this problem now, the fix will be included in the next version.
Thanx. Initially I thought it was a major issue because I suddenly ran into this issue but while the main collection was not selected. Oh no, no way to get to my main collection. Started to sweat a little bit. But after some time I found that there was a workaround.
Another workaround is to hide the “on screen navigation”: Just navigate to Settings > System > Gestures . Here, you can enable or disable a number of Gesture settings.
But that does mean you have to do “swipes” to go back, or press, hold, swipe up to switch between apps/close an app. Might take some getting used to. I generally like it using gestures instead of on screen buttons.
