The Language field in the desktop app was very useful, for example for European editions, since the cover/manual language can make a big difference in values and rarity. I use it a lot in the desktop app and, since it has been discontinued, i’m trying to switch to the web/mobile app but they lack this particular field which is very important to me

Have you considered using the Region field for this information?
Yes i have, but region field is already used to distinguish between region-locked or region-free games on blu rays (like the most recent ones by limited run games and similar)
