It would be good to deicde whether or not to update the PriceCharting ID when updating From Core
And possibly add Pricecharting ID as an option to update TO core.

Update from Core/Add settings:
Not sure if that will work for Connect, as the ID will come back if you remove it etc. It is just linked to the game ID.
I have it on the ideas list to be able to remove it/set the value to 0 etc. based on 2 other topics we had here earlier.
What is the exact reason you want to have this setting? What is the end goal?
As for submitting: we feel it is better to have in the forum for now (I did notice you’re submitting quite a few, so I get your request here), as we have more of a feeling/can have a conversation if something is up here.
This is just for simplicity, and a “Nice to have” for me. I dont mind adding it to the forums at all.
Just for clarity, is PCID solely linked to GameID? Or possibly the Barcode in combination with the GameID?
Yes i have been pushing quite a few corrections. I’m currently rescanning my game collection in order to add condition, and if possible correct major and minor differences in data.
To spot errors with PCID i simply match my gamelist (PCID, Title & Edition) with a “Pricelist” from PC for the system.
This way i can check quite a lot in a short while.
I feel i got a nice flow now, and can continue with the remaining roughly 1000 games, no issues there.
I don’t want to go into this too deep, but a bit of background:
We store multiple PCIDs per game. The barcodes are also stored under a main game entry - with their own specific details. When you add a game, it will grab the PCID stored for the region the barcode comes from, unless we’ve set a specific PCID for that particular barcode.
So for instance for your Wii U “Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze” game you reported a bad PCID for some while back. Because we had not set the PCID for that specific version, it grabbed the regular EU edition PCID for that one. Martin then fixed it and added the specific PCID for that specific barcode.
Just as i expected.
Thanks for the clarification.
