Something I do, and a lot of us I bet do, is try to determine which of our books to get graded and slabbed.
We all determine this based on our own criteria. But it would be very, very useful if I could View and export price data for both the raw and slabbed version of a book that I have.
For example, amazing Spider-Man 300 In a CGC 9.8 is worth $1450 raw and $2700 slabbed. If I could view and export the value of my whole collection book by book displaying both the raw value and the slabbed value, it would help me determine what to get graded.
Currently, the software only allows you to view or export the value of the book as it sits in your collection, which is either raw or slabbed, but not both.
Please add Export columns for both the raw and slabbed value of every book.
We do not have plans to alter the exports, but there are a few options here that may help a bit:
-
Wait - we have a roadmap item where we help users realize where the biggest chance for gain is in slabbing books in their collection. We will give you side by side comparisons of the raw value vs the slabbed value if you were to get a similar grade - including sorting by biggest value gains and filtering by series and other options. We’ve even been in talks with CGC on streamlining the submission process form that new view. Expect to see the full side by side comparison feature in 2025.
-
On mobile, go to the series view and choose the middle option (the one with the cover image and the value information. You can choose any grade for which there’s a price in the system and see a side by side comparison of the raw vs slabbed value.
-
On desktop or mobile, anyplace you see the price table link, you can pull up the full price table which will give you a side by side comparison of raw vs slabbed values.
Can you export the side by side values? Thats what I really need.
No sorry, that is not a currently available feature.
Could I view whole collection and copy paste to a sheet?
Only if your collection is less than 100 books as we only allow viewing up to 100 books at a time.
