I think this is an error and not a missing comic. I have what I believe is 4 Kids Walk Into A Bank TP / HC #TP-B
Note the barcode doesn’t match. The barcode I have is 978162875201451499.
If you look at the lower right corner of the back cover, you’ll see that mine is an Ultimate Comics exclusive (along with two other shops).
So option 1 is I have an unlisted variant. Option 2 is the Core barcode is wrong.
