Action Comics (National Comics Publications of Canada), 372 Bay St. Toronto, Ontario, Canada published issues 117 - 126 before Simcoe took over the license to print these USA comics in Canada. Although the publisher’s name is similar to the USA DC Comics/National Periodical Publications Inc., this Canadian company was separately owned.
