Missing Billy West #9 1940s comic. It looks like it is called Bill West on the cover.
@Jocubed I checked into this and it seems the series started as ‘Billy West’ and then with issue #9 it underwent a title change to ‘Bill West’.
I have added the missing issues #9 and #10 to the series ‘Billy West’.
