1I cover is the same as 1I but 1I says Special Edition in the indica.
Is 1I a reprint named differently?
Looking at another price guide it shows 5 issues but Covrprice doesn’t show the variants and only has the Special Edition.

No difference except from the cover. This comic reprints Flashpoint, Vol. 2 issue 1 as part of the promotion of the 2023 movie The Flash.

I don’t know where you are looking, but for this particular series - for issue 1 - we have 9 variants linked with Covrprice, including this Special Edition.
