@Stevensparks I’m looking at the cover in ‘Herobear and the Kid 2013 Annual’ and I can’t see a difference in the covers.
I would advice to manually add this one to your local database instead.

@CLZ_Rowdy, you can see the write up at Recalled Comics.

The front covers are identical. The back covers differ by the cover price (and the interiors differ by the corrected page).

So while this is a misprint/recalled edition, it’s also a price variant.

Just providing a little more context in case it’s helpful…
