There are several giveaway editions to various issues of “Looney Tunes.” These all have no cover price and no barcode. With 89, what was the barcode was replaced by “Compliments of Taz Atti-Tour.” With 133 and 143, there is no barcode box at all.
They did the same thing with some issues of Scooby-Doo as well. I’ll get those scanned later.
